    Born in Accra, the capital of Ghana. Godwin holds a master degree in Petroleum Geoscience from the University of Ghana. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Geomantic Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) in 2010. After graduating from KNUST he was attached to the Department of Geography and Resource Development, University of Ghana as a teaching Assistant in the GIS laboratory. He has attended a number of training programs and workshops some of which are as follows;

    4. Petroleum legislation revenue, Management and Organization June 2013

    Godwin is currently a programme officer with the Petroleum Department and has been working with the agency for two (2) years now. The following are a number of researches he has been involved in;

    1. Utilisation of Remote Sensing for mapping oil palm farms in Ghana,2010

    2. AMA and Columbia University (New York) millennium challenge initiate project on spatial planning and sewage management in Nima, 2010

    3. Source rock characterisation of the Viking group, Northern North Sea, 2012.
